The same thing with me. When I reached the one-year mark, the software flat-out stopped working, even though I bought the program at full price. Nowhere on the company's website or in any program documentation (of which there is very little) it is said that the program stops working after X amount of time has elapsed. The company never answers the phone with a live person, and they do not return phone calls after a voice message has been left. And, my review of the product (negative one) was never posted in their feedback area of the website. Not a surprise.As far as I'm concerned, this company not a reputable company, and is dishonest in how they sell their software, and they need a serious lesson how to treat customers. I have warned everyone I know to stay away from this company for anything they sell. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they say the company refuses to respond. Again, no surprise.I'm sure if there are two of us who got taken, there are many, many more out there. Sad state of affairs when companies like this are allowed to stay in business.

I purchased the VLC foot pedal software a year ago and it has been fantastic. However, recently I got the message that my "30 day trial period had expired". I have emailed the developer on three occasions and also left a voice mail message but so far no reply! Can anybody help?
